Welcome to the ME FIRST FITNESS 60 Day Body Shred Challenge.
Good luck to everyone involved. Happy to say we have already registered 73 participants for this challenge.
Feel free to use this forum (discussion board) to give updates, share recipes and give general feedback on what classes, habits and good practices you are doing to help you obtain your fitness and weight loss goals.
Rules and Guidelines as per original Facebook post:
- 20$ Members or 40$ Non Members to enter
- 60 days starts this coming Monday, Jan 11th
- Come to as many Bootcamp classes as possible.
- 3 categories (overall percentage of body weight loss, most weight loss and body fat %)
- Everyone will weigh in this Fri, Sat, Sun or Mon at the designated times at the club with me. Friday 5-6pm, Sat 12-1pm, Sun 12-1pm, Mon 11-12am.
- Weigh-ins will include starting weight & body fat %.
- Each participant will receive their recommended caloric intake for weight-loss as well as a nutritional sheet with plenty of food options for the next 2 months. Same meal plan info we use with clients.
- There will be a midpoint weigh in one month after we begin and a final weigh in date set for the weekend 2 months after the start. Weekly times to check in as well.
- We will monitor the top 10-20 and provide a leader board. Weight will not be revealed.
- There will be small prizes for the 3 winners (Free Bootcamps, Shirt, Trophy).
- It's a new year and a new you. Who's ready for a little friendly and supportive competition and to shred a bunch of unwanted holiday weight? Already over 40 people signed up.
