How it works: Green Section = Great Foods (As much as you want in a day as along as you stay within your recommended caloric range) Yellow Section = Good Foods (Choose only 1 food/drink from the yellow section per day) 10 Helpful Tips: 1. Eat a variety of different foods 2. Find balance in your food groups 3. Consume all your macronutrients (Protein, Carbs & Good Fats) 4. Stay within your caloric range (higher on days you are very active) 5. Eat 3 main means and 2 snacks a day 6. Eat every 2.5-3 hours 7. Drink plenty of water (5-8 glasses a day) 8. Avoid sugars at all costs (alcohol included) 9. Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep daily 10. Try to be active/exercise a minimum of 60 minutes per day

1. Download the app MY FITNESS PAL on your smart phones. 2. Enter food and serving size in a google search with "calories" and search. 3. Purchase a Calorie Counter book from any book store to use as a reference guide. 4. Read the food labels on all foods you buy.
