2. Food Selection Sheet.pdf (237.94 KB) This is the food selection sheet. All foods on this list are made up of foods from the G.I. Diet. GI stands for Glycemic Index. This consists of foods that take longer for the body to metabolize but that are also LOW in sugar. These foods keep you full longer, offer more nutritional value and have the least amount of sugar in them. These are also known as super foods! The green columns are the great foods and the yellow are the good foods.
