Zumba is my fav for losing weight. It's fantastic cardio and so much fun it doesn't feel like a workout. Kinda feels like a party! I lost 25 lbs doing zumba and eating right.

Deb told me that on her Fitbit 45 minutes of Zumba is equivalent to just over 5,000 steps. You are easily burning 750 calories in this class.

Another fav is Fit Kick! You feel so empowered and strong after a fit kick class! Another workout that is all about having fun in my opinion!
