Nutrition Tips:
1. Stick to your caloric recommendation. Don't go over. Don't go below.
2. Only eat the BEST foods from the Green Section. These foods keep you full longer and you have to burn more calories to access them.
3. Stick to 3 meals a day and a snack. Snacking before a workout is a great idea.
4. Your metabolism is fastest after a workout so eating a meal shortly after is a great idea.
5. Drink WATER. More Water. Mostly water.
6. AVOID alcohol at all costs.
7. Try to limit your caffeine intake. Coffee stimulates appetite and causes acidity in the blood stream slowing your muscles recovery.
