If you want to come in for your first week weigh in, here are the following times to do so. We will ONLY be taking body weight. Not Body Fat. Body Fat will be taken at the mid point weigh in next.
Weigh in Dates and Times Week 1:
Friday Jan 15th - 8:00pm Saturday Jan 16th - 11:45am Sunday Jan 17th - 11:45am Monday Jan 18th - 10:45am
